Abstract
Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis is a clinically important and severe complication in patients with cancer. Leptomeningeal involvement as a secondary event in gastric carcinoma is rarely reported and usually occurs late in advanced disease. Herein, we report a case of leptomeningeal carcinomatosis as the initial manifestation of a previously asymptomatic gastric adenocarcinoma. The clinical features and the appropriate diagnostic procedures are discussed.Entities:
