Abstract
The present report describes the first case of primary hyperparathyroidism with monolateral sacroiliac ankylosis assessed by coronal CT scans. The coexistence of ankylosis with erosive changes, without features of spondyloarthritis or degenerative changes, could be related to hyperparathyroidism.Entities:
