Abstract
The systemic and ocular manifestations of acute Epstein-Barr virus infection are protean. Conjunctival hemorrhage has been described once. This report describes a young male who had bilateral conjunctival hemorrhages in the setting of acute Epstein-Barr virus infection.Entities:
