Abstract
Classifications, indices, and scores are only sensible if used as an addition, but not as substitutes for clinical findings and technical data (R. Gross). Although a number of trauma scores valid for special aspects already has been developed, a general score which promoter unrestricted validity and can be understood and handled easily by clinicians is still missing. The questions under discussion are whether incomparability and incompatibility of the facts to be evaluated is altogether basically impossible or which prerequisites may advance realisation.Entities:
