Abstract
Quadricuspid semilunar valves are very rare, especially in association with other congenital cardiac anomalies. A quadricuspid pulmonary valve has never been described in the setting of transposition of the great arteries. In this brief article we describe one such case, and we discuss the operative strategy during the arterial switch operation with particular reference to the technique of coronary translocation.Entities:
