Abstract
A series of new S-substituted 6-adamantylpyrimidines were prepared by alkylation on the thiol groups in 6-adamant-1-yl-2-methyl-3H-pyrimidine-4-thione and 6-adamant-1-yl-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pirymidin-4-one, respectively. Then, these compounds were tested against several bacterial strains as well as fungi.Entities:
