Abstract
A 47-year-old female presenting with right flank pain and renal mass on ultrasonography was evaluated for renal malignancy. Based on the CT findings and blood aspiration on repeated fine needle aspiration biopsy the patient underwent radical nephrectomy. Histopathology revealed renal sinus hemangioma with normal kidney, perirenal fat and the hilar structures.Entities:
