Abstract
The authors report a case of renal cell carcinoma presenting as an isolated cutaneous metastasis of the scalp. This rare presentation is often associated with a poor prognosis. This case emphasizes the importance of looking for a primary renal cancer in the case of a cutaneous secondary clear cell adenocarcinoma.Entities:
