Abstract

A 33-year-old woman with cysticercosis presenting as a solitary tumor between the adductor muscle groups of the thigh is reported. Although such solitary soft tissue cysticercosis is rare and there are no sporadic reports in the literature with an intermuscular presentation, the typical appearance of the larvae within the mass made the diagnosis in this case easier compared with other cases of solitary soft tissue cysticercosis reported in the literature.
