Hassan Chtata1, Fabien Koskas, Philippe Cluzel, Edouard Kieffer.

Abstract

This report describes a case involving a traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the descending thoracic aorta resulting from direct contusion inflicted by the tip of a spinal osteophyte at the level of T11-T12. Endovascular repair with placement of a custom-made endograft by the femoral route was performed after routine arteriography to locate the origin of the Adamkiewicz artery.
