Abstract
A case of an isolated, traumatic, osteochondral injury to the articular surface of the first metatarsal head, which was successfully treated with an autogenous transplant of an osteochondral plug from the ipsilateral knee, is reported. After a 2-year follow-up, the patient reported no persistent symptoms, full resumption of preinjury activities, and was satisfied with her outcome.Entities:
