Abstract
Sarcoidosis of the heart is an unusual but previously reported indication for heart transplantation. It is clear that sarcoidosis is a systemic disease, but in spite of this, recurrence in the cardiac allograft has not been previously noted. The case presented here is that of a 34-year-old male in whom cardiac sarcoidosis recurred in the allograft 6 months after heart transplantation.Entities:
