[Bilocular lipoma of the neck region].

The authors describe the rare case of a deep lying invasive growing lipoma before and also behind the neck vertebra in two separate localities in one patient. Only briefly they mention the contribution of the preoperative CT at infiltrative fat tumours with still have a recidive risk when they are not totally removed. The authors point up the difficulties in the histopathological diagnostic in the different lipomas.
