Abstract
Halving the standard daily dose of triptorelin at the start of ovarian stimulation in down-regulated women stimulated with recombinant FSH is enough for pituitary suppression and was associated with higher LH serum concentrations in the follicular phase. However, this did not translate into higher serum concentrations of androstenedione and E2 and had no significant effect on ovarian response and the outcome of IVF/intracytoplasmic sperm injection.Entities:
