Abstract
In this issue of Neuron, a study by Billings et al. points to intracellular Abeta as a possible cause of neuronal dysfunction. In a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease, Billings et al. link appearance of intraneuronal Abeta to cognitive impairments and then show that "clearance" of intraneuronal Abeta by anti-Abeta antibodies restores cognitive deficits.Entities:
