Abstract
In an 8-week-old infant, kyphosis caused by destruction of the 7th thoracic vertebra was observed. A paraspinal mass and narrowing of the spinal canal due to vertebral osteomyelitis were present. Treatment with antibiotics and bracing was carried out with no evidence of neurologic disturbances over a follow-up period of 24 months.Entities:
