Abstract
Primary lymphomas of bladder are rare, have a good prognosis and present good response to chemotherapy. We report a case of primary lymphoma affecting the bladder of an 89-year old female patient who, despite full response to chemotherapy, presented recurrence and death 1 year after concluding the treatment. The authors emphasize the differential diagnosis due to the great differences concerning prognosis and therapeutic approach.Entities:
