Abstract
Thigh compartment syndrome is uncommon and may go unrecognized. Signs and symptoms include a history of thigh swelling and/or hematoma and pain after minor injury in a patient who is anticoagulated. Surgical approaches to the deep thigh compartments are described.Entities:
