Abstract
The granulosa cell tumour is a rare and malignant neoplasia of the ovary. As it has a low grade of malignancy a long course of the disease is observed. Following surgical resection, life-long tumour follow-up is recommended. Based on a case report and a review of the literature, the possible sites of metastases are demonstrated. This paper presents the latest therapeutic concepts and discusses the usefulness of metastasis resection.Entities:
