Abstract
Candida species are the most common cause of systemic fungal infections in patients with hematologic malignancies. These infections are aggressive with rapid dissemination to various organs. Cutaneous lesions occur in 10% to 13% of cases, whereas Candida arthritis occurs infrequently. This report describes the first case of disseminated candidiasis in a patient with both Candida arthritis and unilateral cutaneous lesions.Entities:
