Abstract
Thumb nails with asymptomatic red lunulae were noted in a 54-year-old woman with testosterone propionate-responsive vulvar lichen sclerosus et atrophicus of 4 years' duration and localized vitiligo that had been treated with topical corticosteroids for 15 months. Cutaneous and systemic disorders in which red lunulae have been observed are reviewed.Entities:
