Abstract
Secondary to an ischemic cerebellar lesion in the territory of the right posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA), a 62-year-old man suffered relevant neuropsychological dysfunction. This included disturbances of executive functions, impaired visuospatial memory, blunting of affect, inappropriate behaviour, and linguistic difficulties. In this case report, we discuss the clinical presentation of so-called cerebellar cognitive affective syndrome.Entities:
