Clinically relevant surgical anatomy and exposures of the brachial plexus.

Alexander Y Shin1, Robert J Spinner.

Abstract

A clear understanding of the anatomy of the brachial plexus and its relationship to vascular, skeletal and muscular anatomy is essential for any surgery of this area. Adequate exposure and delineation of the pathology will allow for accurate treatment of the brachial plexus lesion(s).
