Abstract
Three cases of pure dysgerminoma concomitant with pregnancy were managed by conservative surgery and term delivery. One woman with advanced disease received chemotherapy for the last trimester. Tumor response, measured by normalization of the serum tumor markers CA 125 and lactic dehydrogenase, was confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging.Entities:
