Abstract
A case report of generalized Kaposi's sarcoma in a 41 year old patient, which developed 3.5 years after allogenic cadaver kidney transplantation with terminal chronic kidney insufficiency caused by chronic intracapillary glomerulonephritis. The peculiar feature was a visceral form of the disease with affection of the stomach, intestinal mesentery and cerebral dura mater without skin manifestations. Clinical signs of Kaposi's sarcoma were absent and were found at the necropsy. Concurrent diseases were highly active hepatitis B and chronic hepatitis C.Entities:
