Abstract
Trapezium-scaphoid-trapezoid subluxations and trapezoid-capitate-scaphoid-trapezium subluxations or dislocations are rare. A single case combining these two injuries is presented. The mechanism may have been axial loading in extension or flexion. Two modes of treatment, closed and open, were needed for the two injuries.Mesh：
