Abstract
Ultrasound of the larynx appears as a new way of imaging the larynx in infants and children. The normal sonographic anatomy is briefly described. The pathological findings of this method, its advantages and its drawbacks are discussed. It appears to be a very interesting method for functional disorders and space-occupying lesions.Entities:
