Abstract
Over the past 10 years, dramatic developments in hardware and software have made magnetic resonance imaging a very powerful diagnostic tool for imaging body organs. In this review, the technique as it applies to prostate imaging is discussed, and the literature is reviewed to provide an overview of the current status of prostate magnetic resonance imaging as a tool for diagnosis and staging of prostate cancer.Entities:
