Abstract
We report a new technique for making a fillet flap from a supernumerary finger in three cases. These flaps are unique in possessing retrograde blood flow or both orthograde and retrograde blood flow and have a wider arc of rotation than provided by conventional methods. This technique permits one to design more freely. We believe this concept is also applicable to repairing other anomalies of the hand in situations where standard methods are not effective.Entities:
