Abstract
A 2-month-old female infant with a peritoneal loose body presenting as an abdominal mass and urinary tract infection is described. Peritoneal loose bodies are usually found in the pelvis of adult patients. A peritoneal loose body should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a mobile lesion found in the abdomen.Entities:
