Abstract
Two women with symptomatic stone-filled caliceal diverticula were treated by a retroperitoneoscopic approach. With a three-port technique, the diverticulum was marsupialized, the calculi removed, the cavity fulgurated, and perirenal fat inserted. The patients had no morbidity and remain stone and symptom free. They represent the 17th and 18th reported cases of this condition. We also review the clinical results in the literature.Entities:
