Abstract
A case with a open apex and a large periapical lesion in a 10 year old boy is presented. The lesion formed as a result of necrosis from trauma to a maxillary right central incisor 1 year ago. Apical closure and complete healing of periapical lesion was observed after non-surgical endodontic treatment using calcium hydroxide paste. This report suggests that even large periapical lesions could respond favourably to non-surgical treatment.Entities:
