Abstract
The Dandy-Walker syndrome can be accurately diagnosed in utero by sonographic demonstration of characteristic morphologic changes in the fetal posterior fossa. Three cases of Dandy-Walker syndrome are described. The associated intracranial and extracranial anomalies are reviewed, and the value of antenatal diagnosis is discussed.Entities:
