Abstract
The opportunistic pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa causes both acute and chronic airway infections. In a recent issue of Developmental Cell, Goodman et al. (2004) show that the RetS two-component gene regulatory module inversely controls expression of genes associated with acute and chronic infection.Entities:
