Abstract
Liver abscess is a rare complication of Crohn's disease and must be considered part of the differential diagnosis. We present three case reports and a review of the literature. The incidence of liver abscess is higher in patients with Crohn's disease than in the general population. Since Crohn's disease patients who present with a liver abscess generally do not respond to medical management alone, surgical or percutaneous drainage of the abscess is necessary.Entities:
