Abstract
We have developed a new assay technique using high-performance liquid chromatography. The assay was performed at a flow rate of 0.7 ml/min, a temperature of 60 degrees C and an ultraviolet absorption of 214 nm. Comparison of the results of the new assay with the results obtained for identical samples using the conventional fluorometric method demonstrated a very high correlation coefficient of 0.931.Entities:
