Abstract
Pheochromocytoma can induce a adrenergic cardiomyopathy. This one occurs sometimes clinical, biological or and electrocardiographic signs of an acute coronary syndrome. We report two cases of rudimentary necrosis due to a pheochromocytoma: the first one after tumorectomy, the second one has revealed the disease in a patient who was suffering from high blood pressure for many years.
