Abstract
Although visceral artery aneurysms are uncommon, an isolated inferior mesenteric artery aneurysm is reported. A 55-year-old man underwent aortofemoral reconstruction with resection of the aneurysm and replantation of the artery into the Dacron graft. This unusual entity is discussed.Entities:
