Abstract
Subarachnoid hemorrhage due to spontaneous dissection of intracranial vessels is uncommon. Most such cases are confined to the posterior circulation. Dissection of an intracranial carotid artery producing subarachnoid hemorrhage without a focal ischemic event is rarely documented. We report a case and review the subject.Entities:
