Neovagina in vaginal agenesis: surgical methods and long-term results.

Abstract

Twenty-seven cases are presented of neovaginoplasty and four methods used by the authors to construct an artificial vagina are described. The advantages and disadvantages of the surgical techniques used in vaginoplasty and long-term results are discussed.
