[The relationship between cervical spinal posture and bite anomalies].

I Mertensmeier1, P Diedrich.

Abstract

Comparisons of lateral X-rays obtained in 126 patient prior to and after orthodontic treatment showed that in cases in Angle's classes I and II hyperlordosis of the cervical spine is often found. This is seen to be corrected to a statistically significant extent by the end of treatment; Angle's class III patients did not reveal any clear tendency.
