Abstract
A case of non-invasive aspergillosis affecting the maxillary sinus is presented. Reference is made to its possible aetiology (spores introduced to the antrum at the time of a root canal overfilling with a zinc oxide paste). A review is presented and the management of the case is described.Entities:
