Abstract
This clinical report describes the fabrication of a collapsible maxillary removable complete overdenture using a sectional impression tray technique and a custom-made palatal hinge mechanism for a partially edentulous woman with microstomia resulting from scleroderma. As microstomia is frequently associated with poor manual dexterity, an instrument was fabricated to assist the patient in removing the prosthesis.Entities:
