Abstract
The treatment of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) represents one of the modern success stories in cancer medicine. Early diagnosis, effective treatments, monitoring of response with a series of serum human chorionic gonadotropin levels, and centralized care have all contributed to this success. Nevertheless, some patients relapse after initial chemotherapy. This review discusses the routine management of GTN and how to treat relapsed disease.Entities:
