Abstract
Pachydermodactyly is a superficial benign, symmetrical and painless fibromatosis, characterized by a swelling of the proximal interphalangeal joints of the fingers. Histological examination shows epidermal hyperplasia increase of dermal collagen bundles and an increased number of fibroblasts. We report two cases of pachydermodactyly in male teenagers. The aetiology remains unknown. Pachydermodactyly has to be distinguished from knuckle pads.Entities:
