Abstract
Renal angiomyolipoma is generally benign, although an uncommon subtype (epithelioid angiomyolipoma) may behave more aggressively. Sarcomatous transformation of the disease is exceedingly rare. We report the first case of a high grade round cell liposarcoma arising in a renal angiomyolipoma.Entities:
