Abstract
We report the case of a 39-year-old mother of 3 children presenting with exertion fatigue. Coronary angiography revealed an anomalous left coronary artery arising from the pulmonary artery. The patient underwent an operation with the direct implantation of the left coronary artery into the ascending aorta. This less symptomatic course stands in contrast to the high risk for sudden death in untreated adults.Entities:
