Ventriculoatrial shunt via the transverse sinus: technical note.

Abstract

A technique to divert cerebrospinal fluid into the right atrium via the transverse sinus is described. This has proven effective when the peritoneum becomes unavailable as the primary receptor site for cerebrospinal fluid drainage.
