Abstract
The Drosophila dynamin-associated protein Dap160, homolog of the vertebrate Intersectins, is thought likely to act as a molecular scaffold in the synaptic periactive zone. New mutant analyses have revealed separable roles for Dap160 in the regulation of vesicular endocytosis and synaptic growth.Entities:
