Abstract
Intramammary lymph nodes (IMLNs) are not uncommon, and are likely to be more frequently identified with the wider use of mammography and breast ultrasound. IMLNs could be invaded by breast cancer influencing the prognosis and the management of patients. The aim of this study is to present the very rare phenomenon of metastatic involvement of these nodes from an occult breast cancer.Entities:
